Homewood Suites - Dallas/Market Center

The hotel was clean and the first gentleman that helped us was very nice but once his shift was over the remaining staff was not friendly both that evening and the next morning. The front door had alot of issues opening with the card and they were not nice when family members were trying to get in.

Nice and clean. Room was across the hall from the elevator mechanism--thought at first I was next door to the laundry. Otherwise, a very comfortable and clean place to stay. I missed breakfast, so can't rate that amenity nor the others since I only stayed overnight, getting in late and leaving fairly early the next day. I will stay again and hopefully for longer

Hidden fees in parking, room service never came by had trash and towels piled outside of room for 3 days, food not good, rude front desk, had a drunk down stairs bothering all quest told front desk and they were friends nothin done so bad had to leave and go back up to room will not be back

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were picture perfect and very comfortable (especially the pillows). The full-sized refrigerator came in handy. Patio area was breathtakingly serene. Morning breakfast was DELICIOUS (especially the potatoes). There is a Whataburger less than 30 steps away. Only concern we had was regarding small ants in the kitchen area. Once we notified the front desk we were moved to another room immediately.

The Room was cozy & convenient. I arrived that night & the front desk guy was Covid-19 proof. Once I checked in everything was good. Will stay again.

One reason one books at a Homewood Suites is for the breakfast and afternoon lounge. Okay, limited service because of the Wuhan virus, but you had a kiosk full of items that could have been offered to the customers. Service desk people were always sequestered behind a sliding office. You had to knock on door to contact them. Does Hilton care about hotel security? Charging $5 per night for parking was bizarre; never happened in the hundred of hotel stays. Surprises like extra resort or parking fees, after paying a fixed fee to Hotels.com is irritating.

I liked the social that was sponsored by the property, it was clean, well kept grounds, the room was wonderful and the staff was helpful.

This hotel is a very nice family friendly facility with sweet helpful staff and right next to Whataburger. You can't beat that!

Very good free hot breakfast. Shuttle service. Social hour. Full size refrigerator. Pleasant outside sittting area.
