Great place, to stay we really enjoy it, decently I’ll stay again in this home suit

Loved our room but needs to have better cleaning. The chair cushion was adjacent, lifted it to reposition and there were panties and stockings under it. The hair dryer was not there, just the bag for it to go in. This will not stop me from going back, though.

The overall property was a bit dingy. Outside areas were not upkept daily, business center was offline and sinks in room were very slow draining.

There were no COVID-19 safeguards put in place other than hand sanitizer at checking in none of the amenities that come with a premium room we’re available until days later in the only thing that came in was soda Really wish I would’ve took my money and stayed in a motel there was a homeless man sitting on the patio with nothing but a tank top on in his drawers his shoes off that did not reside in the hotel I feel like I would’ve had better customer service and safety measures would’ve been better in place there was no continental breakfast there was not even a substitute as we were told there would be there was always only one cup of coffee left in the mornings down in the lobby our room was never checked online to see if we might wanna clean linen and trash taken out or even want to clean when we checked in the room there was a rag in the window there was still water in the Keurig pots and pans were burned dishes were not cleaned had to re-clean the dishes microwave was dirty stains on the sheets we were told the pool would be open when we booked it was closed the computer lab they offered did not have working computers there was not an alternative solution to the problem there were bags of trash left in the hallway every night even in the mornings they were still there Worst stay ever in my life Not what you would expect from a hotel chain of this sort some type of refund should have been offered when these issues were presented

Pull out bed in choice was really dirty. We opened it up and the sheet had a stain and there were crumbs everywhere.

It was a great trip and we enjoyed our stay. Pandemic caused the close of pool and some other amenities that would have been nice to have but overall it was a nice place to stay.

The overall room was spacious and good for the stay. The pillows were terrible, no stuffing, the sofa bed had rancid smelling sofa cover on it, the toilets didn't flush well, and maid service was terrible, trash stayed in the halls overnight until middle of next day. Just terrible.

Nothing really. Standard hotel where the public areas need refreshing.

The only thing I didn’t care for was that the bathroom in the suite didn’t have a door
