Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

Be on your toes when trying to find the road to this location! Not sure what the city olanner was thinking. Staff was courteous and friendly, although it seems they may need to consider staffing better. Front desk had to let people in (front door is disabled at night), check in, open the pool (limited guests for Covid restrictions), and check customers that are pur gasing from the pantry. Felt bad that she was running all over the place, but she was GREAT. Room was quiet, but a little small once the sofa bed was made. Had to sidestep around the beds throughout the night. Inner rooms open to the courtyard, that has a firepit available. Pool was good, and staff adheres to the Covid reatrictions on number of guests at any time. I would definitely recommend and will look for this location in the future.

The property is old. It seems semi modern or trying to be but it is an older property that may have had a remodeling in the past 5 years. Free parking and entrance from the outside making it easy to get in and out to your car and room. They charged me twice which I was not happy about but they told me they refunded it- still haven’t received it but it’s only been a day. I have indoor allergies and this place had me waking up with really really bad allergies so I’m going to go with the room was really dusty.

The ladies helped our breakfasts was very nice to us and helpful. Staffs friendly, the hotel was cozy and organized, entire hotels aroma was very pleasant. Love the heated pool. Many thanks to hard working people there^^

Everyone was great, i had a big trailer attached to my van and there was plenty of space to park.

Great stay!! A true sample of excellent hospitality! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Ms. LeVerne. Who, once she noticed that my mother was wheel chair bound she quickly made special accommodations for her. And, when we would come and go from our room we were kindly asked if we needed any assistance.The room was comfortable and squeaky clean!! Ample amounts of towels and, coffee were in our room. The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home. One day, I had trouble lifting my mom into her chair. I contacted staff, who immediately asked Mosses to assist my mother. Mosses, was warm hearted and very gentle with mom. He seemed to always make her smile. And made our entire stay a delight! Before our departure, A lovely note of was placed under our door written by Gina P., which read: “Ms Angela, Thank You for your stay, it’s our goal to go above and beyond providing the best service possible and it is nice when that is recognized. In today’s world things are crazy and dark and you and your mother have shared a light! On behalf of our staff we’d, like to Thank You for choosing the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Stapleton. We know that you have many options when choosing a hotel and we’re honored we were your choice this time. Warm regards and be well. The room was clean with no complaints. This hotel is surrounded by homeless camps with people sleeping in tents and cars. Definitely a little sketchy after dark. The ice machines were not working, the pool and hot tub area were also closed and under repair, although it did not look like anything had been done to this area in a long long time. I would recommend picking a different place to stay.

Wouldn’t give us a suite that we booked. Offered 2 rooms instead. Even tho pretty low occupancy.

Beds were comfortable. Room was not cleaned for sanitation. Head marks on headboards, dirty fingerprints on doors and walls. I brought with me disinfectant so i cleaned everything that we would touch. Many homeless in the area. Also was never told about a $5.00 overnight parking fee that was charged to my card upon checkout.I will not be staying at this courtyard by the Marriott again.

i had to re-pay for the room because Courtyard could not find the reservation from travelocity.
