Hilton Prague Old Town

Good location and staff was nice. However, i expected more from the Excecutive Lounge then what was offered there. I dont really see what you pay that extra for a very limited amount of refreshments and not even a beer or wine unless you go there during cocktail hours. Felt a light odur of mold when sitting by the window. Breakfast is better to have in the main restaurant since the lounge has limited assortment The room was modern but dusty, and there was this constant low beeping noise coming from the speaker in the roof, same in the corridor. Very disturbing and uncomfortable noise as it gets into your head. You need to look into that as it indicates problems with speakers. We would probably not choose this hotel again

Fantastic stay- Bus 119 then metro A change at Mustek to metro B for one stop and 100m or less to hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Prague is an awesome city - can’t wait to go back

I would never book a Hilton in Prague again and I am now wary of booking a Hilton anywhere. Upon arriving the man at the door “just realized” that they didn’t have enough rooms because they have 7 not working? And so-fine-they send us to the other Hilton. At this point I am very disappointed because we were relying on the ability to walk and now we are 15 minutes further from the city center than we paid for. However-after waiting a half hour for someone at the service desk to become available we learned that our hotel switching was last minute and they still have to figure things out on both ends. They said they would come find us in 5 minutes but 35 more minutes later we get back in the long line because no one came. So we have to wait through the long line again to find out that the person we talked to went on break and nothing was being done. It took forever to sort out a room for us and I really don’t think a free bottle of champagne is enough to compensate for the far worse location and the 2+ hours of waiting and waiting when we only had a limited amount of time to explore the city. The hotel switch would not have effected my review so much had it not been for the inconsistency of the staff and the very long wait time while we wonder if we will even have a place to stay. Had they been ready for us and told us in advance about the switch my review would be very different.Also Hilton Prague’s fancy elevator system is a mess and not worth the hassle of booking this hotel.

I had to upgrade from my Expedia price to be able to stay on the Hilton Honors floor. The front desk clerk indicated if we stayed at the Expedia rate we would get no Hilton Honors points, floor or even free wi-fi. I paid to upgrade my room for a week.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of old town, but easy to access with Uber or taxi. Great service! Comfortable beds. The giant bath towels were a lovely added bonus. The perfect hotel for those exploring Pague who want to feel safe and comfortable!

I would expect better service for a hotel like Hilton.Overall average stay...feel indifferent from staying in a normal airbnb or boutique hotel.
