Isrotel Tower Hotel

We were very happy with the Hotel. It was very clean and followed the corona policies. The staff were great- very nice and helpful. Though we did have some technical issues with our room it was taken care of immediately and solved professionally which made it feel as if there was no problem. We stayed at the suite with a STUNNING sea view and balcony- it felt like you were between the sky to the sea- GORGEOUS and relaxing! The hotel is in a very good location, some things can be renewed etc. but definitely great value for the price. I already referred some friends and will definitely come again!

The rooftop pool is great and it offers a great 360 view of Tel Aviv. It’s a shame that the windows aren’t clean in the rooftop

The swimming pool erea was not clean. The elevators are uncomfortable, need to wait long time. Breakfast was nice not amazing .

The hotel's location is great, near to the beach and to restaurants, but unfortunately no one explained us that we need to use the key card for the elevator, or where the pool is. Also, as we are used from other hotels, we asked to use the pool in the same day of the check-in, before we get the room, but the staff did not approved it, we couldn't also stay in the pool after check-out time. As I said, in other hotels it is OK so I do not understand the reason. Other then that, we had a great time. The suite was big and clean, staff was nice and gave us towels for the beach. Thanks!

We booked a room with 2 twins and a sofa bed but were given one king and a sofa bed - not exactly what we wanted for 2 adults (not a couple) and a child. The room also had a smell of smoke even though it didn't say it was a smoking room. The elevator was probably the weirdest thing, we were on the 11th floor and there is only a down button, but the pool was on the 28th floor, so you had to catch an elevator down and wait for it to finish to go up... made it quite crowded during Corona times. We didn't get much in the way of service - we forwent the in-room breakfast (no buffet because of Covid-19, which was fine), and the hotel staff were efficient but not necessarily warm or friendly.
