We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Service was so-so meaning mediocre. The hotel is abit old, close to 45 years old. Half the elevators doesnt work at night. Room Carpet aged, needs to be replaced. We got an upgrade to aclub room and it still disappoint us. Breakfast was mediocre with abit of here and there. Back in those days the hotel was fantastic and even with their breakfast. I rate this as a 3.5☆ hotel.
First impression about service wasn’t good but once I complained to Service manager Shante she took over and made our stay pleasant.
Very good location, no-fuss check-in/check-out, friendly staff, and excellent proximity to monorail/train.
Hotel service is great and staff are very nice. The hotel itself was nice, not brand new but good. The breakfast has a lot of variety, def book that in your stay. The location is in the center of all shops/foods/bars. The pool is small but clean.
Staff is very friendly and spot on to assist customer . Do not like the check in system where it failed on three occasions that the one doing the booking for other guests need to be there on check in despite telling them on the phone and on the second and third remind the staff at the counter about the guest booking . The hotel is also rather old and need to upgrade soon
Very convenient hotel located in the city center. Shopping mall and many restaurants are available in the walking distance.
Hotel was quite noisy due to building works outside, I thought the rooms could be cleaner.

The breakfast need to queue around 20 mins
Location was fantastic. Concierge services were fabulous. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast choices were great but the queue for breakfast was ridiculously long - never experienced that before! Maybe iit was particularly busy because of Chinese New Year ? Staff were slow in clearing tables that had been vacated - maybe more staff would have helped..
