Great hotel

Very charming place, Lovely staff. Excellent location right in the heart of Florence!

Very central to all sites, good breakfast

You must remember the building is old and city laws determine the renovations, etc. We were upgraded to a room with a view but the bathroom is an add on and the shower was a head on the wall between the sink and the toilet

We loved the location, right on the square and convenient to shopping and dining.

Excellent location to all the major sites in Florence. Walking distance to everything. I would stay here again.

This was a nice location. It is centrally locates and made getting around easy. The water pressure in the shower was less than a dribble.

Good location being in the center of Florence, shopping Centers, restaurants. Easy to get rides and accessible via train, bus & taxis. Clean rooms & befdings, available basic amenities like wifi, TV, etc. friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Overall not a bad hotel. But it’s was very old and not in a great condition. I am surprised that it is a 3 Star place. I feel it should be more like a 1 Star hotel

Location was brilliant. The hotel itself was below average. We are sure that the beds had bed bugs as we were itching and were bitten every day. Breakfast was ok but the cakes were dry.
