The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa

Effects of lockdown noticeable in low level of staffing (front desk manned by maintenance man while desk staff were in a meeting, restaurant closed until 5 pm, etc.). The hotel is crisply clean and well appointed. Overall, considering the COVID constraints, it was a good place to stay. I like that it’s a bit off the strip.

We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel. We choose the Westin based on that, and price. The hotel was very nice, the room comfortable and clean. Albert at the front desk was efficient and helpful, even when the hotels computers were down. There is a small dog walk area. I was given a dog treat and poop bag when we checked in. Considering COVID, I wasn't happy paying a resort fee. We never even saw the heated pool and hot tubs that were opened, by our choice. We used none of the "resort" facitilities at the pool or the hotel business center. Albert said our internet was included in the resort fee, although hotels.com led me to belive that WIFI was free. I must say the WIFI was very fast. Premium channels were available on the TV, also "included" in the fee. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was also great. There was a pet fee of $15 per night, very reasonable. Room service was available in the evening, and the hotel's bar was also open at night, otherwise no food service except Starbucks in the mornings. Paying extra for parking was required. The area around the hotel didn't offer much, but you could walk a few blocks to the strip for restaurants and activities.

Very clean. Comfy bed, as the Westin is known for. Very restful night.

Hotel staff nice. Neighborhood is sketchy not really close to strip or any action. No casino. Bar closed very early.

They never said you has to pay per parking lot plus extra charge for the reourt

The beds are stiff. The bathrooms are out dated and stained. Also, they tell you about a hold also a destination fee but you end up paying twice that amount on top of what you reserved online. It’s a rip off.

The hotel is nice and clean for the price.

Our stay was wonderful until we went to the pool the last day there we went to the pool a security guard came up to us only we were just getting out of the pool and yelled at us and said put your mask on We literally that out of the pool soaking wet We told the manager for all they did was compass $50 of Starbucks to shut us up Is that of reprimanding this security guard

I've been staying here for years because it's a great property with a private parking garage and it's close to the strip. Of course rooms are well appointed and heavenly beds are - well "heavenly". Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable. We wanted something for our last night before our flight out. This was perfect!
