BreakFree Royal Harbour

I love the large size of the appartments, the fabulous views over Trinity Inlet, the proximity to the Night Markets & the Esplanade Food District. But my favourite feature is the Spa, with it’s curved window looking out over the inlet. I’m a regular visitor & I will be back. My only criticism is the Wall Clock was stopped. But a new battery will cure that

Perfect location to walk to restaurants and lagoon straight across the road ! Amazing view! Or walk to the pier for all the reef tours!

Photos are deceptive - not as modern and could do with some painting and repairs. Chose this apartment as it included parking. However it was pot luck if you got one of their few spots. Otherwise you had to pay. Walls paper thin and one night kept awake by continuous noise in adjoining room. Other nights could here multiple sounds. Bedroom is rather cramped. Poor system for setting off fire alarms through steam. Location is really good and reception was helpful. View from balcony lovely.

Stayed for 7 nights, excellent location, with view overlooking the park, water lagoon and bay. Easy walking distance to restaurants, night market, harbour, art gallery, museum, aquarium, shopping center and railway station (for Kuranda Scenic Railway). Property a little dated but adequate for our needs. Front desk/reception, very helpful.

Staff were terrific, easy to chat with, and very helpful. Hotel itself is right in centre of everything, great location, sadly we weren’t told, they blocked off the esplanade and had to enter & leave by the back street, not hotels fault, and no biggie, just an inconvenience. I can recommend this hotel, it was reasonably priced, we stayed 4 nights, Staff and great views are best assets. Not a 5 star, but it didn’t need to be, we enjoyed our stay there

Walls in rooms a bit thin , could hear next door clearly made sleep difficult . The staff was amazing
