Broken air-conditioning system
The air-conditioning system is broken. I felt very warm inside the room even it's winter. The only way to do is to upgrade to the room next the the main road in order to get the fresh air. Otherwise you will be staying in the very hot temperature and very uncomfortable.

Great hotel and very helpful staff
Great service, very helpful and accommodating staff- let us check in at 7am! Rooms are large, though not very cosy. Location is great. Lobby is very nice as well. One issue was the water from the shower was not draining properly and flooded the bathroom and even reaching the bedroom carpets.

Hot, pricey, but very clean
Warm room, no windows to the outside, ergo; No fresh air. Had to upgrade because the first room had a tiny shower, unfit for any big man, but the upgrade wasn't cheap. Other than that it was good. Cleanliest hotel I've ever been to and great area of the city

The room didn't have a window to the outside and was pretty hot the whole night. And the shower didn't work like it was supposed to and was a little small for a big man. I've stayed at this hotel many times and this is the only time it hasn't been "perfect".

Good location, excellent breakfast, friendly and accommodative staff. No air conditioning , no USB ports in room.

The staff was very courteous and help us find activities in the city during our stay. The room is well decorated and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptionnal. This hotel is well located.

Chef (French or Italian?) awfully rude to Chinese looking people like my family on 2 different times of staying there, I.e 21 & 26 May!!! He greeted “Good morning” and talked to all Caucasian guests But IGNORED us completely even when we were just standing next to them. And just seated directly at next table, to tell them breakfast will be closed soon!!! How rude!!! How could one be in service line with such discrimination attitude?! Shower tap rattling almost to vibration noise when turned on. Not sure cracked mirror/glass happened earlier or during our stay. Front desk staff was helpful.
