Courtyard by Marriott Beckley

The hotel clerk was not pleasant at all. I was having great difficulty walking from the long car ride which she was aware of and she gave us the furthest room from the elevator. She mentioned my husband’s allergies to animals and that room had been terminally cleaned. I had no idea it was the last room at the end of the hall. I would have requested another room if I had known. Once I got there I was in no shape to get up and walk to another room. Some sensitivity would have been welcomed at the time.

I was very disappointed to find used soap and shampoo in the shower after spending the night in the hotel room. That means the show had not been cleaned. What else in the room had not been cleaned? I spent extra money for a higher quality hotel room because of us being in a pandemic and this is unacceptable.

We booked the stay based on restaurant & b ar, neither of which was open.

It was great the hotel was very up to date and the staff was quick and friendly and the hotel was very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

It took forever to check in!! Only one person working at the desk and they were busy!! Room was clean and comfortable. There was supposed to be a microwave but there wasn't it our room.

We did not like the fact that no breakfast was offered....You should consider offering a take out breakfast - Coffee could have been available. I understand with Covid-19 things are different but you are still charging the same price with out certain amenities. Other hotels are offering to go breakfast.
