Hôtel Plaza Etoile

It’s conveniently located near the train station & Arc de Triomphe which is about 3 min walk or less. The rooms are very small as expected in Paris. Can’t open 2 big suitcases. The shower is very small too. Toothbrush n toothpaste wasn’t provided But it is a good place to just rest as we were out the whole day anyway. Required to leave the room key at the reception each time we leave the hotel. Didn’t had any issue with that though. Many restaurants and fast food around the hotel. Booked the airport shuttle (Van) for €18 per person from the hotel. It’s easy and quick to get to the airport

The location was great. We were steps from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Ellysees

Perfect location! So beautiful and cozy hotel. But the most important thing is that the staff there is so kind... And has an exceptional warm smile. I will surely stay there again when I'll be in Paris another time

This property is in a great location and the staff is wonderful and the room is super clean. It’s however tiny and the basics like conditioner are not provided. They had a two in one body gel and shampoo which was disappointing. The beds were very small also. The walls are not sound proof so I could hear exactly what my neighbor was saying.

The location is excellent. So cozy hotel. The staff is so kind... Just one remark.. The heating system, was not functioning properly... When we asked about it, they sent next morning a staff to repair it..but the staff couldn't repair it. Because the central heating of the whole hotel was broken down. I think they had to find a solution!

Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Der Raum was sehr eng man hatte kaum platz um zu laufen.Das bad war sehr klein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was a good atention in every ways.. 2 days before my wife and I leave París somenthing broke in the bathroom and inmediately they change our room. Also have a very good location super close to champs elysee and the arc of triumph and you can see the Eiffel Tower through your window

This places a stone's throw to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. You can easily walk to all the shops on the Champs Elysees. We arrived at 8am and they stored our luggage until our 2pm checkin, We walked down the Champs Elysees to the Louvre easily. When we came back for checkin, there were plenty of restaurants all around as well as any kind of shopping. We were here for Christmas and all the restaurants were open both Christmas Eve and Day. This is a great location. Nothing closes.

Great hotel at an excellent location. The service is great and all is clean (most important feature of a hotel). Seems recently renovated. Room 110 is the most private.
