Excellent service

The hotel was just fine. It is not fancy but adequate for what we needed. It is just off the interstate and was easy to find. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower lacked water pressure and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was appeared to be clean. Because of Covid, I bring my own disinfecting wipes to clean frequently touched items when staying in hotels. The cloths came up clean after wiping things down so I felt comfortable that their housekeeping is doing their job in that regard. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Ehh. Front staff was good, room was ok. Heater was below the window and just blew air right up the curtain so all the light came in from the parking lot. Shower head looked like something from the 70’s. Free breakfast was a joke. I get the COVID restriction but you offer cereal but NO milk. No fruit, no protein, just biscuits and gravy and other starches.

Nice hotel. King room very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. Room was nicer than the pics show. Had the jacuzzi suite was roomy and nice. Even with COVID had a good breakfast that you could just grab and go. Would stay again.

The front desk staff members were very helpful and friendly. However the rooms did not have good noise insulation, and it interrupted my sleep despite my having my sound machine playing white noise. I could hear the person(s) upstairs walking very loudly, which woke me up at 5:30 am. I also could hear traffic from the highway that is adjacent to the hotel. I would strongly recommend using both a white noise machine and earplugs if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. My room was clean, however I was disappointed that I was assigned a room with a handicapped shower. The shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough, and as a result water ended up forming a puddle in the bathroom. If I had realized in advance how wet this would have made the bathroom, I would have asked for a different room. Also the shower head was coming apart from the wall a little bit, it was a minor cosmetic issue, but could easily have been addressed. I’m not sure if housekeeping reports these kinds of things to management. The room was clean, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

There was no shampoo or conditioner. I paid for the room and when I got there to check in wasn’t gonna let me stay cause I’m not local

I understand completely that the cove and pandemic is causing a lot of people to not bring in the financial stability or a conference that they should have but at the same time that does not take away the fact that if you list your hotel as fabulous or amazing or superb I feel as if you should not have a hole in the wall by the tub that’s rusted which was in my room I complain to the clerk at the front desk and they told me that that was the last one they had available that was a sweet and I felt like they were lying because the hotel only have seven cars there

For the price it was a good clean room, free breakfast good, what was left at 8:45 (open til 10am on Sun). Only downside was out of order hot tub.
