La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain Mall

Everything was wonderful except the bed! For our comfort, the bed was so rock hard, that we had back aches each morning. That is the only complaint I have. The staff greeted us when we arrived and every time we walked passed the front desk, the person behind the desk had their mask on. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place, however, if you don’t like a hard bed, bring a mattress topper!

I like the fact the everything was within driving distance no long rides anywhere

The check in time was longer than I think it should be. You already have my information and credit card. You should only need to verify my ID and give me the cards.

The property wasn’t all that clean and very loud. It had a bad Oder in the hall I told the front desk

Its fine except the key cards are good for about 2 days and you have to go get them redone at the desk. Lots and lots of cig butts everywhere outside the property. Friendly helpful staff, LaTonya especially.

Terrible front desk customer service. Receptionist with poor customer service skills. Receptionist threw my license and debit card back at me when i checked in. Duvet on bed had strong foul body odor. Bathroom was dirty behind toilet, in the corners, under the rim of the toilet. Only two towels in room for family of 4. No toiletries provided in room(soap, shampoo, lotion). No grab and go breakfast options. We were not allowed in lobby area, no signs posted that area was closed. Receptionist was very rude when she came in and kicked us out of lobby area. Elevator was dirty. Pet friendly hotel, dog urinated in elevator while we were there, no one attempted to clean afterwards. We stayed one night and asked for refund for the second night and we did receive a refund for second night. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It was a meh type stay. Very outdated and dirty hallways. Looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum in quite sometime. It did have a cold a/c though, but double beds suck! Please upgrade to queen beds! And, more than 2 pillows would be nice.
