Ok hotel, takes a while to get an elevator have to press your room floor then it tells you what elevator to wait for (A-H). Keys don't always work especially if near your cell phone. Rooms are very dated other than paint, bathrooms you can barely turnaround. Bed was very comfortable and the location is prime. overall so/so BUT the bar was fabulous and Jarrett an amazing bartender great personality and made great cocktails! I would go back just for him!

Got a deal. So the price is much more reasonable than nearby hotels. The room is small but has two single beds. Things are getting old and not all that clean. The bed is comfortable. Don’t mind staying here again.

The rooms are pretty clean but show signs of age and wear. The bed was nothing special. Hallways to rooms are dark and dingy. There was also a consistent smell of marijuana in the dark halls.

Elevator broken, shower faucet broken, very bad service at the bar! Crazy resort fees that weren’t announced on the website after we spent almost $1000 for 3 nights! No offer to make it back to us or a discount or sympathy from management! Will not be back

We like the location of the Row; however, the hotel itself is starting to look outdated, it smell mildew on the floors (probably the old carpets). At the time we checked in, there was only ONE person doing the check in and it took forever for us to go through the check in process. We were never asked what was our room/floor preference; no explanation of charges; the lobby was always filled with people. On the positive side, the room we stayed in was quiet. Most likely will stay there again but it is time for the hotel management to do a good cleanup of the hotel and invest in some remodeling.
