Best Western Plus Hotel Villa D'est

Just an one nighter. We were upgraded to suite at no extra cost which was nice. Despite our best efforts, with the kind assistance of the staff, we were not able to connect with the wifi. Also parking can be a problem in that area. However, given the hotel situation in Strasbourg this hotel is overall a good choice.

We selected a Best Western property on a last minute trip to Strasbourg. We know the brand in the states and it lived up to its reputation in Strasbourg. We were welcomed by a young woman who showed us the handicapped rooms available and secured a parking space by the front door. When I asked about laundry facilities she said the laundry was closed for the day but she would see what she could do. We had been on the road for two weeks and needed clean clothes. The following morning she presented us with two bags of clean clothes. She also suggested three restaurants close by for dinner and made reservations for us. The following morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast spread. A little pricey at @15 euros each but outstanding quality. We recommend this property highly.

The service was fantastic. The room amenities were comfortable with a kettle for tea and coffee. We wish the a/c worked a bit better as it was a 40 degree Celsius day.

This is a clean, charming and inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Our room was air-conditioned, and also had windows that opened. Decoration and furnishings were tasteful. The bathroom had both a tub and a walk-in shower. The lobby and lounge were pleasant, and there was an outdoor courtyard and patio. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Marianne was just amazing ! You don't often get this excellent service from hotel staff. Because of this great service, we will always go back to this hotel. And, it is a great hotel & location too. Breakfast is awesome.
