Embassy Suites Little Rock

Nice time. Horrible parking. Overall an enjoyable stay.

There was no spa tub at this hotel. Hotels.com said there was one at this hotel. That is one of the reasons we chose this. We booked 4 people to stay in a room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom. After going to the front desk, we had to wait why they went to the basement to get us these items. We were given 2 pool towels and bedding but she could find any pillows for the sofa bed and was told that we would just have to make due. No pillows!!! Are you kidding. We booked 4 people in this room and they couldn’t accommodate us. Not a pleasant trip. Hotels.com messed up telling us they had a spa tub and the hotel couldn’t find us pillows. Not good.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Pool was very cold in December. Limited breakfast due to Covid-19 so was not as good as normal Embassy breakfast

Location was good but my room had insects. Bugs and spiders

Unpleasant front desk agent during check in... room was not sanitized.

There was a dirty sock under the cabinet, the tub was stained but all else appeared clean.

I normally am a lover of embassy suites. This is the exception.... Very unsanitary. The staff was friendly and we felt safe. We got into pur first room 329 and it had the sticker approved Covid sanitary room on it. Upon entry you instantly saw red stains all.over the carpets everywhere and it hadnt even been vaccumed. My honest opinion is at least they could have put this room on a servive order or pulled out and attempted to use even a walmart carpet shampooer. Nasty. We requested another room 532. Upon entry there was the instant mildew smell and stains on the floor, but not like the previous room at least. They clearly didnt clean properly or even look because there were leftover popped balloon's under the pullout couch and on the ceilings. Water stains on the ceilings and down the wall (which explains the mildew smell). The bedding appeared clean and the comfort was mediocre. Not the typical experience at an Embassy. The breakfast was like any cheap powdered egg, microwaved meat breakfast at any other hotel. Not the typical fruit bar, cereal options, omelet making experience as before. I wouldnt recommend at all.

I like the closeness to everything in west Little Rock

My stay was just okay. I understand that things are different due to COVID, but the breakfast was not good at all. The hotel was clean and felt very sterile. The staff was okay, but only one person was actually kind and friendly. You have to pay $10 for surface parking and more to park in the deck. There is no valet parking. The rooms were just okay. The tub in the bathroom was very old and looked worn.

Mostly i loved the bed so comfy.
