There was something fishy going on. Every 15 or so the same door 2 down from me there…
It was clean enough but the place is run down and this is the 3rd time I had to stay here…

When I lifted up the bed and mattress I saw a peanut and a piece of hair. The refrigerator was more like a freezer, when we woke up the next morning everything was frozen solid. The air condition was broken so when I called and ask for them to send a maintenance worker up they never sent them. Overall the room felt kind of dingy and not in the best shape.
First of all this use to be a nice place,,,,,USE TO BE! We arrived to a ice glazed parking lot, had to check in OUTSIDE because of COVIID, they didn’t allow anyone in the lobby, even with a mask....we paid for the continental breakfast and none was provided, the room had no dresser to put your clothes, only like 4 hangers, busted bathroom door, bathroom soap dish was pulled from the wall, mildew on the outer edge of the tub, the air conditioning/heater unit room spilled water when it rained the one day and they gave us a blanket and towels to sop it up. I called and told them of what was broken and said I didn’t want a dime taken from my deposit for how the room looked. Handicapped space wasn’t even cleaned out properly, lots of snow and ice,,,I was ok with my husbands help, but if I had used my walker I wouldn’t have been able to maneuver it, glass was out from the entrance door In all, the place was clean BUT NEEDS ALOT OF WORK! I asked for more coffee cups and extra towels as they said they wont come in our room while we were staying there but if we needed anything to call them and they brought the towels, more coffee and NO CUPS. OH! There was NO PHONE IN THE ROOM TO CALL THEM! I had to use my phone,,,,,,,never again will I stay there.
Its was fair
No ice.
Hard to find front reception desk due to large size of hotel and Covid 19 precautions. The facility was old with worn out hallway carpets. The room was spacious with hardwood floors and newer furniture. A young woman next door was arguing with her boyfriend with a lot of physicality in adjacent room #332. We had to bang on wall to tell her we were calling the police. She refused to open the door for the Wyomissing Police department.
Place was historic in nature but room was huge with very comfy bed. The heat was blaring even if you lowered it so you had to shut it off completely. AC did not work. This place appears to have permanent low income residents that were very rude and noisy. Blaring horns to get attention of residents and screaming at windows. It was a bit creepy especially because I was traveling solo. Had to make sure outdoor access was locked. The place was very clean and comforts of home especially old school powerful shower. The restaurant and front lobby closed because of Covid, but shopping and places to eat close drive around the corner. Overall nice little place minus the permanent residents.
There was no heat, I was freezing with my family. They key to enter the door didn’t work thy change it 5 times. It was a bad experience.
I stood out in cold checking in put us in a section clearly had animals in. Heat was up to 80 and still chilling. I use to stay here often not again
