No bath cap for women. Not enaugh coffee and milk for prepare coffee in the room.

Our stay exceeded our expectations .. in all categories actually ..

Very good room. Good location. Poor restaurant with few selections and poor quality for an evening meal. Can’t comment on the breakfast.

It aint the Ritz but for the price its OK, clean, safe & fairly quiet.

I did not like the fact that there is not reception desk. I had asked for a room close to the elevator as I have difficulty walking. At check in I was told that the room 217 was in the middle of the corridor. Actually the elevator is in the middle and the room was practically at the end of the hallway. I was not offered any help with my suitcase even though I struggled up and down the stairs at the front door. I was not happy that there is no refrigerator in the room. I do not need a mini bar but a refrigerator for me is a must. I had no choice but to take my milk and food down to the bar to keep in the refrigerator. The room was OK but the hallway carpet looks old and worn out.

Very disappointing. Booked a room with a terrace which had obviously not been cleaned (see photo). Informed reception and we went out for a while. At no point was there an apology. Have subsequently complained to the hotel company and no answer. As a non smoker seeing a terrace cluttered with cigarette ends and ash was quite off putting. Room was comfortable but could do with a spring clean. Mini bar was very light with its contents but guess that probably wasn’t topped up either .

They had a fantastic breakfast that was a little bit above the cold meats and a baguette we’d had at other hotels offering breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a free drink because we had to wait for our room to be ready while didn’t take long. We had ordered a baby cot for our little one and they made her bed so comfy. The room was clean and spacious. The location was within walking distance from the train station but far from the airport. If I were going to travel by train I’d stay there again- and they accommodate dogs!

The staff were very responsive and helpful. Unusual for France. Although, the marketing info suggests they can arrange an airport shuttle, the only thing they suggest is the shuttle from the station. This would be difficult if you have luggage. The tram was not running when we arrived. It is a VERY convenient location if the tram is running. We will definitely stay there again.

Really friendly staff. Easy 20 min walk to all the sights. Convenient parking in lot.
