Great place to stop for night

The hotel receptionist was very inconsiderate about our request to change bedroom linens for our assurance that we have the clean ones ( covid19 precautions). He said there’s no linen available, with sarcasm. I was a little disappointed. He told me if i want, he can cancel my reservation with no charge. That’s not the response I was expecting. It was already late night ( we had a late checked-in because of our travel time ). Instead of accepting his challenge to cancel, I had to accept the room that he assigned. In the room, there were no shampoo/conditioners. I tried to call the reception, but phone was not working. Checked all cable connections, it was all connected but no dial tones. We were so tired, from travel, so we didn’t bother anymore. Good thing. i had my own toiletries. No instructions about the supposedly breakfast included in the room rate too. There was none. I would say, customer service needed a further trainings.

Was a great stay for a great price, room was clean and staff was friendly. If you are on a budget this is the place.

The lady at check in was hard to understand,lobby closed there's little window to do transaction, no bfast at all but still on their sign by the road and on the internet,cable out in our room the second night,night clerk offered another room but it's late at night. Room clean but mattress noisy,sorrounding quite but ,fridge is noisy woke me up in the middle of the night.

The room was nice once I entered the room. But as I always do I checked the bed and the sheets seemed like they were not changed. As I checked there was black hair all over the bed. Looks like a dog was laying on the bed.

Horrible experience! Could not wait for the sun to come up so we could leave! Felt unsafe all night, from people screaming “let me go”, or “somebody help me”, car alarms going off, to people banging on my door. Thankfully I had my dog and believe it or not we got a complaint call that he was barking! He didn’t bark at the sirens or fireworks, he only barked when he felt his family was threatened, and as I told management, dog was doing his job, and I felt lucky to have him!

Room size was okay, but definitely needs a good cleaning. Fingerprints on glass in room, real stuffy stale odor.

Shower was lukewarm at 7:30 pm. Tub was an old jacuzzi with no working parts. Good enough to sleep for which I was using for.
