Heart Hotel Milano

They had an excellent breakfast and were located close to the public transportation. This is an older hotel. You can tell it was once a very fine hotel .with some updates it gould be again. Unfortunately our room had an unpleasant smell and the AC was poor.

Great little hotel.on arrival our first impression was very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient with the tram across the road , and a five minute walk to the new modern area of Gae Aulenti Piazza. Just 3 stops on the team to Milan Central station, and a nearby metro to take you very quickly to the heart of this beautiful city. For the price it was fantastic. Small supermarket on one side and an English pub on the other.

The hotel is close to Porta Garibaldi train station. There is also an Eataly (FICO) about 5 minutes walk away. The room was small but OK. It was often quite noisy. Shower pressure very low. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff and a good selection of food.

Hotel Cervo is in a great location, close to transport. The property was clean, and staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra pillows or towels. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of choices and the staff were constantly replenishing it. Overall a great place to stay. Hope to stay again!

Standard 3 star hotel , cheap and cheerful. Breakfast is ok only , not a huge selection really. Hotel staff ok , not overly helpful or welcoming. Location is good as near train stations but a 25 min walk to Duomo.

Stayed as a solo business traveler. Very pleasing staff. Location could not be better; it was close (walking distance) to the downtown Duomo area, Parco Sempione and the Porta Nuova project. It was clean. Somewhat dated but overall a great stay and at very reasonable cost.

The air conditioning was unable to be turned on thus requiring the windows to be kept open and a mosquito came in. The nights were warm and uncomfortable.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. It is very conveniently located - within walking distance to the central Milan area - lots of pubs, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast! Rooms are functional and reasonably well outfitted. However, the bathrooms are tiny. I can confidently say this was the TINIEST shower stall I have ever used!! Just barely 2 ft x 2 ft - you hit something each time you move! You cannot lather or soap yourself without hitting your elbow! :)) Other than that, just one of the night clerks seemed to not take his eyes off his computer screen - even you stood right at the counter expecting at least an acknowledgment, if not an actual welcome/ smile while you waited for him to see you and then give you your room key (one of those big brass ones you HAVE to leave at the hotel when stepping out.). However, the rest of the staff at the reception were VERY friendly. Breakfast staff was not visible - but the food itself is all laid out and if you don't need any help, you are fine. Also, for those of you who don't like noise, being in the middle of the city - police, and ambulance sirens are a fact of life. And since the hotel had no air-con (only heating OR air-con at one time, this time it was heating!), I had to leave the windows open. I didn't mind - I enjoyed the "European feel" of my stay there. About 20 minutes from Milan Linate (LIN) airport. Overall, good value for money!

Good hotel, good people, very comfortable, good breakfast, great location for Central Station and the city centre.
