Lovely B&B with Working Air Conditioning!
We were in Paris when they were having a record heat wave. Thank goodness for air conditioning! Many hotels and restaurants do not have it. The hotel is close to many locations such as the Opera House, shopping and the Louvre. Staff was amazing and spoke English. Lobby has someone at front desk 24/7. Suggestions from staff were always excellent. Rooms were bigger than I have experienced in Paris. Nicely appointed and free Wi-Fi. Flat screen TV is only in French so be prepared. Bathroom is marbled tile with a shower/bath combo. Room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely as well. Will definitely stay there again!

Very convenient location to Opera
The hotel was located very close to Opera. Front desk reception was friendly. One issue we had was one of the house keepers left her phone in our room and disregarding our do not disturb sign, she still opened the door in by herself even with me telling her to wait for me to open door. The carpets were very dirty. Otherwise the bed and bathroom were comfortable.

Horribly outdated and lots of subway noise
Worst hotel I have stayed in. Totally run down and outdated. Very overpriced for the quality. Subway noise could be heard in bedroom from 6am until 11pm every 2-3 minutes. Definitely would not recommend.
