Le Grand Hotel

Great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. But don't expect aircondition in September. Plenty of small restaurants around. The metro is very close to hotel.

A fairly middle of the road hotel close to the train station. Clean with friendly staff. Restaurants within walking distance.

Just normal, I book Superior room at 4th floor to get nice view from my room.

Great reception desk staff! The ladies were very helpful, friendly and competent, we really felt welcomed! Room was spacious and clean with nice views; fast and easy access to WIFI. Beds and pillows are awesome, very comfy, we slept like babies! The only downside point was the carpet in our room, which should be replaced. The bathroom would need as well some repairs, however was functional. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Hotel is conveniently located, near many restaurants, opposite to the railway station, within 5-20min walking distance to the main sightseeing locations. We shall definitely return to this hotel in our next trip to Strasbourg!

Very close to the central train station and away from the crowd and street noise. No need to drag your luggage too far. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They speak English fluently. They provided good tips on places to see and restaurants serving local cuisine. Breakfast has a lot of options. Had no issues finding a table. They have emough even during the peak time. Room has enough space for 3 adults. It was hot when we visited so we enjoyed the quiet AC. Overall, the hotel met our expectations.
