Hilton San Antonio Airport - Northstar

Wow...and wow... So... I chose this property because it was not that expensive. But... I was worried. I felt it may not be that good. However, I was sooooo wrong. The service was excellent. The place screamed peace! My friend and I said we DO NOT want to stay no where else but this place. I love how they have a shuttle that comes from the airport. I also saw pilots..I believe checking in. I told the staff, I must have a high experience. They immediately put me at the top floor(14). It was so amazing!! They have their own restaurant... Also, they are located by the North Star mall and plenty of other shopping spots!! We went to the other side of San Antonio and was completely annoyed. It was sooo loud! We longed to get back to our side of town and relax. It was quiet, chilled and peaceful. I di NOT want to leave. They even had free HBO(we watched Bad Boys lol). We even got robes(Which meant alot to us). It was like a top of the line hotel. I also got to the gym with the 24/7 opening. The parking was free. If you where coming and going then park out front, but if you wanted to sette in, park in the personal parking garage. What a place!! How did I get so blessed to save money and have that type of experience? I love this place!!!

Great location close to airport & other amenities. Beds are sooo comfy and room is very clean. Housekeeping needs to learn to "knock" before entering rooms. Restaurant was closed for the most part which makes it hard very people who are depending on a good meal. Don't depend on the "Wake up Call".

This hotel was nice. In the restroom, the bottom of the door had paint chipping but outside of that things were clean. The bar was open until 12am but it was a little pricey. Breakfast was pricey too. I would set aside $20 a meal if you plan on eating there. The pool was nice but right now only 10 can swim at once. The rooms were nice. The double beds for a couple were a little small. The cover made the swoosh sound which I’m not used too. It did get cold though and the shower was nice. It was nice having a Starbucks inside and there was so much to do around there.

I like the Hilton Hotel, but I parking there is something else my car was damage by other patron at the Hotel. Leaving with no I’m sorry. I recommend that Hilton Hotel write down guests vehicles licenses plates and the model that stay at there facilities.

The hotel is at a great location since we love visiting Northstar mall. I did not like the room size for the price you pay but the rrom was clean amd comfortable. The pool unfortunately was very dirty and the "hot" tub was not very hot. It was the same temperature as the pool and disgusting.

Very poor customer service from the front desk staff and restaurant staff they were not helpful or pleasant ... the airport shuttle service and employees were great , respectful, on time and helped load and unload luggage

Toilet smelled horrific and had stains in it.

Spotless. Pleasant. Close by the airport.

Elevators in the parking garage were being renovated leaving the stairs as the option. Very inconvenient. Otherwise it was all good.

Everything was very well maintained and clean. Even with the pandemic the hotel’s facilities were open with the needed precautions.
