Baymont by Wyndham Helena

This property is by no means "Very Good" at 8.4. It was very so-so and I wouldn't rate it above a 5. This is the first time I read a rating that seemed like it had been faked. My nephew had his toilet overflow and instead of sending someone to fix it, he was handed a plunger. It never worked properly. This one has caused me to double check the hotel more carefully to make sure the rating was really true.

I stay here every year for work. Affordable, comfortable rooms and friendly staff make this my go to place.

Clean comfortable and fabulous. Will definitely be back. Had a very late night and got to rest as long as possible in the morning. Front desk guy was very nice.

Everything was fine and dandy except I was very disappointed in how the staff handled my one problem. There was an extremely loud screaming noise coming from the toilet/wall area in my bathroom that was so loud and annoying that even when I closed my bathroom door I could still hear it through the wall and that made it difficult to sleep. When I asked the staff if it could be fixed I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it. I was not offered any sort of compromise such as going to a different room or a discount on my stay, just basically told I'd have to deal with it. The staff was very nice and respectful when telling me this though.

Motel very noisy. You could hear the tv next store and all the walking and jumping and dropping of things from the room above. The bathroom needs work. The tub and walls look shabby. The room smelled musty.

Easy to find and staff was wonderful. Only downfall was parking - gets congested around the office entrance.

Housekeeping and front desk were excellent

Room was a bit dirty, but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed at how cold the pool was!

Front desk and maintenance team were friendly. PTAC filter was dirty.
