The room was great but one eye on stove did not work

I was charged twice for an one night

I have never left a bad review, not even at bad restaurants... but this was in particular the worst trip I have had. My original room began leaking badly from the roof, so I changed rooms. My second room had fleas everywhere. When the manager was informed of this, he made no effort to accommodate me in any way. Only to rudely tell me he could get me in another room at 3:00 in the evening. P.S. the candy machine will take your money.

Nothing I like horrible room dirty floors tables bed

There is a $100 deposit that was not on hotels.com. The fee is because they are a non smoking hotel . So you have to pay the deposit in order to stay and if you don’t smoke your deposit Is returned. Hotels.com really need to add this because I was upset that I was not informed about this . When I got in my room , it smelled like smoke. I had to look behind the bed for the cord to plug up the phone. There was no on the go breakfast.

We couldn’t smoke outside of room had to go on back side of parking lot

The roomwe stayedin was ok, but the carpets seem old and dirty-looking. My kidsdon't even want to walk in the carpets barefoot. The laundry room was also a bit untidy with all the lint and dirt on the floors. Some bags and unclaimed laundry items (socks) just sitting onthe table that was also dusty.

Convenient to food and shopping

I booked the queen bed non smoking room and the room is really dirty. It smelled like cigarettes and there were food stains in about every hard surface. Pillows were all dirty, do not recommend to anyone.
