SUNSET HILL LODGE

THE place to stay on Bora Bora and not break the bank! Gerard and Moea were beyond gracious hosts. Room was lovely, comfortable, and convenient to Vaitape. Moea handled pick-up, drop-off, reservations and bookings with class, charm, and a big smile. Gerard upgraded my room, shared bananas fresh off the plant, and even let me shower at HIS place before my departure flight, even after check-out! I can't recommend this wonderful oasis enough!

Kind of a budget but spacious apartment with kitchenette Excellent location walking distance to market and pearl shops and a few restaurants. Town however is run down and dirty. The manager Moea was superlative in helping arrange events, and picking up from outside areas. Dont miss the lagoon tour which she can arrange.Beautiful

I got great service from time of pickup at shuttle, check in, location and upgrade made for a perfect visit. I wish the weather had been better for about a day and a half tho. I would recommend Sunset Hill Lodge to anyone who was not wanting the resort experience that Bora Bora is so well know. I felt the local feel and local friendliness.

Tout etait parfait.Nos hôtes Moéa et Gerard ont été aux petits soins pour nous:Transfert aller retour à l’embarcadére,découverte d’endroits plus que sympathiques.Même un service de lavage du linge .Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.Nous recommandons cet endroit😉

Hôtel en 2 bâtiments un côté mer ( proche di port) un côté colline. Proche commerces de Vaitape mais pas d'endroit vraiment adapté pour la baignade. Il faut louer une voiture pour aller à la plage de Matira. Appartement mais manque condiments et ustensiles pour bien cuisiner. Accueil chaleureux et conseils très avisés de Moea pour la location de voiture.

Très bon acceuil. Moea et Alain sont toujours attentives aux besoins et toujours sympas. Tout c’est passé comme prevu et anticipé. On était coté mer (Villa Moana). L’appartement a un bel balcon directe sur la mer avec une superbe vue et est très spacieux. La clim marche très bien. Petites points que seraient un plus: (i) cuisine équipé mais de produits basiques (comme de l’huile) pour faire la cuisine si on voudrait serait interessant; (ii) des accroches dans la salle des bains

No telling more on insects as others already do. We stayed on the hill at st.3, kitchen was ok but bathroom is terrible, after any shower a flooding occurs in the bath and soon in the room, and water soon spread in the room, and remain wet (and very slippery) for all the day. Moe is a really nice person but Gerard is a little rude at all. Haven’t seen the house on the beach but, for what concerning the one on the hill, there’s absolutely not any disable access to room. Very expensive accommodation for low quality. Avoid

Super accueil du Sunset Hill Lodge. je recommande fortement. Un grand merci à Moea pour avoir géré nos attentes et Gérard pour sa disponibilité. Notre logement correspondait à nos attentes, nous étions sur les hauteurs, Nickel pour nous.
