Quality Inn Greenwood Hwy 25

Oh just fantastic from the room air conditioner and the fridge in the room and the shows on the tv and the free soaps and the free coffee and the parking lot with a spot for the truck and the pillows and blankets on the bed and the sink worked and the door locked and the curtains weren't torn and everything. Even had chairs in the room!!!

The room smelled horrible and was not clean. There was hair in the shower and bottle caps in the floor. The occupant next door was very loud. I contacted the service desk twice, but it did no good. Teenagers were out in corridor partying until 5:00 in the morning. It was awfulb

Not very clean. No hot water in the shower, no cold water in the sink. No strike plate in the door lock. Blind would not pull all the way down so light coming in all night.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, and quality of the hotel room and staff. I was very disappointed in the quality of the eggs and sausage at the breakfast during my mornings there Saturday and Sunday. The scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and links were completely overcooked, rubbery, and the sausage was very spicey without being labeled as such. After staying the night before at the quality inn in commerce, ga, and having a delicious breakfast of perfectly cooked cheese omelets and non spicey sausage patties, greenwood's quality inn needs to take some notes from them.

Although the room had several new pieces of furniture, and a new bathroom, the air conditioner was in poor repair and it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel is very outdated and in very poor condition. The swimming pool was out of service and looked like it had been that way for a long time. The pictures on their web site in no way represent the condition of the property.

the staff were great...the breakfast was good...eggs..sausage patties,waffles,bagels, oatmeal,, dry cereal, juice, coffee..some fruit..the room. the bedding was good...the tv remote would not work correctly. bathroom itself needed detailing...and a good cleaning..but nothing that would make us pack our bags and leave...just needed more cleaning around tub area...and tiles scrubbed..the price was a good deal...

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room, plenty of parking, good breakfast, easy checkin and checkout, affordable rates, nice pool, located conveniently to restaurants and shopping, highly reccomend, will return again

my daughter and grandson received electrical shock when they touch shower handle and could not take shower in their room. they had to come to my room to take bath.,I reported problem to front desk... I will not stay there again..

For a Quality Inn - it was fairly run down. There was no place to park near out room - we had to park on the next section of the hotel around the corner. The TV didn't work - we called the office they came and said it was fixed - it was not. I finally turned it off - we left fairly early the next morning and probably won't stay at a Quality Inn again.
