Horrible review
Room was dirty there were bugs and dust everywhere like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. How you taste this at a 8.0 is beyond me. Will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the North of Utica, NY
This is a nice hotel in the north of Utica. Room sizes are decent, beds are comfortable, room and bathroom are very clean, it is staffed by very nice and informa give personnel, and it's just at the beginning of the city of Utica on Genesee St (the main street of Utica). I will return when in area again.

One of the better Red Roofs in the North East.
This hotel was much better than the Red Roofs that I have stayed at in Albany, Syracuse, Binghamton, Fulton, Etc... The people are much more friendlier, act much more professional, and this hotel is in very good shape too. I will return when in the area next.

Pet friendly ...remote didn’t work
Very very appreciative of the fact that they are a pet friendly hotel. They even have dog bones in the lobby. I have stayed here before but this is my first visit since COVID 19 and I have to say the room was much much cleaner than it usually is. Glad to see that. But sometimes it’s just the little things! the remote to the TV did not work they gave me a second one which still did not work the morning I checked out the woman said “oh they probably need new batteries”. Such a little thing but it was a long night with no TV and I’m quite sure no one went and put in a new battery.
