I travel frequently and stay at Red Roof often. This is definitely one of the better Red Roof properties I have stayed at.

The bed was clean, but everything else was dirty (to include the bathroom- urine on the seat, something red-brown smudged across the bathroom door near the handle, and the floor tiles were dirty). The room also smelled like smoke, although it said it was a non-smoking room. The front reception area also smelled incredibly smokey. The two staff members I interacted with did not wear masks. I would not recommend the hotel, even at the price.

ood overnight travel stay for a night
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Top floor has rooms with indoor hallway access while 1st floor has room access from parking area. Only complaints are that the access to upstairs rooms stairwells are not keyed so anyone can walk to upstairs hallway and the hallway upstairs stinks like a mixture of some toxic chemicals and or dog urine. The toons themselves don’t stink but the hallway really stinks badly.

The room was filthy. There was someone else's hair all over the bathroom; in the shower on the floor all over the sink it was disgusting. They never changed the bedding, looked like a dried up pee stain in the middle of the bed and someone's sock was left behind. I requested a new room and the person at the front desk told me they were completely booked for the night and didn't seem to care that the room they put me in was dirty and disgusting. I requested a refund and they refused. Someone needs to report this hotel and have them shutdown. This is not something I would have expected from a red roof inn. I will never stay their again.
