The Inn at Venice Beach

The location was perfect - close to Marina Del Rey and the beach, but removed just enough from all the craziness that can be Venice. Great on-site parking. Walking distance to lots of interesting restaurants, many with ample outdoor seating (due to Covid). Also great proximity to the Venice Canals. Because of the pandemic, I travel with disinfecting wipes. I was pleasantly surprised when I wiped down my room - it was perfectly clean! No dust, crumbs, missed spills, etc.

I loved the space and it could really be easily a top property with minor upgrades. I wish the furniture was in better condition as it was a little broken down afraid to sit on it seemed dirty and old. loved the size of the lofts and the staff was absolutely incredible! I enjoyed being there overall and great location!

This is my 3rd stay in the past few months. I stay because of location and the beds are comfortable. Rooms have been clean. Twenty five minutes away from LAX. If you have a car, hotel has parking for $22 a night. LEAVE NO valuables in the car! It says you get a free drink.. Note.. this is a bottle of water of they have them in stock and only if you ask. Anything extra you may need like extra conditioner, toilet paper or other items are available upon request but they make you feel like its inconvenient and like you are begging for it. No extra rolls of TP are in the room so don't run out in an ackward situation... Covid is the reason and explanation for absolutely anything and everything you may possibly ask the team. Some is understandable but others... is very much an excuse.... As mentioned the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Small cozy boutique style with cute courtyard. Note.. if your patio faces courtyard.. you can hear EVERYTHING..... The area does have a large count of homeless and tent living but most of CA beach areas do these days. Close to restaurants and the beach is a few blocks down the street. Hotel will give you beach towels.

A true gem. Clean large rooms, a colorful and cool vibe decor, awesome private courtyard. Will return for sure

Room was very musty. Also quite noisy due to insufficient insulation.

The location is PERFECT, and was my most favorite part of the trip. Its right next to a little market, and right across the street from an awesome little restaurant which u sit outside with sand flooring-Nice peaceful atmosphere! As for the room, we were in room 104 and the "balcony" is not a balcony. I was excited for the balcony to people watch as this location is great and has lots of activity. My brother was in 105 and hand a balcony u can stand on but small and couldnt fit chairs. The room was clean, and had a great toiletry set. Ice is on the lobby floor with a drink only vending machine. The bed was very firm and my back was sore when i got up. I like a less firm bed (some people like firm). My hips and back hurt throughout the night as i slept. Felt like i slept in a tent on the ground all night. Pillows were awesome though. We also stayed here as there are adjoining rooms and we booked with my brother and sister in law. We called ahead of time to get adjoining and we were only givin rooms next to eachother. I asked why we couldnt have the one attached to my brother as there was a door for adjoining but they didnt coordinate right. So that was disappointing. Hotel manager offered to allow us to park all day the day we were leaving if we wanted. Although we drove to a different beach, it was nice to have the offer with no additional charge. Nice little fountain area in the hotel which is a nice touch and peaceful, the Tv had no guide and not much to watch on downtime.

Stay was great. Had an old and modern look. Great location. Not too pricey or any hidden fees. Beach was walking distance. Quiet for the most part. If we travel back to Venice we will definitely stay back there.

I stayed in the loft suite, it was perfect for working. The location overall is very quiet and near many cafes, which was very useful. There is also plenty of street parking. I would suggest that the hotel includes microwaves and coffee makers as that would have made my stay even more comfortable, especially decreasing the need to go to stores. I would stay here again for sure.
