The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early which was great. The breakfast in the mornings had plenty of options. The location was perfect! The rooms are a bit outdated, but nice. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is very accomodating and friendly; the hotel's location is perfect for strolling along Champs de Elysees and only two walkable blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and multiple train stations - you cannot beat the location! The inside of hotel is in extreme need of updating, the rooms are old, wall paper is soiled and lifting off the wall and the carpet needed to be changed years ago. They are so worn, you can see the floor underneath. The breakfast is not worth the up charge.

The hotel was not willing to work with me on making an exception on last minute cancellations. Couldn’t even offer other alternatives. Not satisfied and could not understand that there are certain situations out of my control.

Great location. Room was small. Bed uncomfortable. Staff nice. Needed to leave key every time we left. Shower pressure was not good. Needed to climb over high tub to get under shower. Not good for seniors or unsteady on your feet.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The walls are filthy, bathtub disgusting, looks like it hadn't been cleaned. There was horrible mess up the walls and near the light switch. The double bed was also just two single beds pushed together - I fell through in the night. There is no way that this hotel is 4 stars - there should be someone to check this, and also ensure that the hotel photos online match what it is in real life.

Great location, very nicely furnished. breakfast buffet was basic but good and more than adequate. No Restaurant, but plenty of them within easy walking distance. Heating in the hotel was very efficient.
