Worst Red Roof I’ve been to
I’ve stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inns (six others), and this was honestly the worst one I’ve been to. I don’t expect much, just a clean room in working order. My room’s key card didn’t work and I had to go to the front desk multiple times a day to be let into my room. On my last day they offered to let me change rooms, but since I only had one night left moving all my things seemed like more of a hassle. I also found a roach in the bathroom soon after arriving. Overall a depressing motel, not up to even the bare standards of this chain, and I’m never going back.

Old building, old interior. Good renovation, but I could smell old original structures. Faults advertisements: breakfast. Blind spot for parking vehicles.

Think twice about this place
The first room we were given was HORRIBLE!! Dirty and the bathtub didn’t drain and had a ring around it!! We were reassigned to a better room with no problem. The clerk was very professional and courteous. The real problem was at night. I don’t know who the other guests were but I can compare them only to transients that you see on the street corners of seedy neighborhoods. The hallways at night were extra noisy with people coming and going all night. So much trash in the walkways it was disgusting and the noise outside our window from the parking lot at night was even more disturbing. During the day, all is quiet and proper so at check in you would never suspect what is lurking within.

The staff was beyond excellent. Its a shame they have to work as hard as they do to keep this place up. Badly in need of renovation. Top scores for the people working here, all around. From the front desk, to the maids and especially maintenance, ive never stayed anywhere where the staff was as attentive as here. At least on par with the Hyatt Grand next to the convention center.
