Dirtiest property ever. Bed bugs. Smoke. A pig would not survive in this.

We were not given the room we reserved. I reserved a queen suite and I was just given a room with a queen bed.

Uncomfortable small beds , dirty pool area and dirty hotel.

Was not clean, smelled of mold. Toilets and showers not cleaned well.

Overall the hotel looked clean. Beds were extra small and uncomfortable. The floors could have been cleaner had crumbs on the floor.

Hotel smelled of smoke and weed. The beds were very uncomfortable. TV was not working properly. Electrical outlets did not work properly. Security doors did not work properly. Staff was the saving grace of this facility as they were terrific.

Worse hotel stay ever!!! So many loud hotel guests in multiple rooms. Sounded like a college party with screaming, slamming doors, drunk yelling until 4AM!!!!! We complained to the manager and he did nothing! He said some weekends are just like that. Terrible hotel and terrible managment!! Also, we were supposedly in a non-smoking room, yet out room reeked horribly of cigarettes!! Terrible!! Never again!!!!

Not great. We called multiple times about checking in early and were told we could show up around 1. We show up and they told us that we may not be able to check in because the rooms may not be ready. After some attitude, we check in and go to the room. The room we went into smelled like smoke, but was clean. The only benefit was that the pillows and bed were nice.

Service was good only thing was there was a funky smell throughout the building, our room was clean and no smell but anywhere else in the building you could smell it. The hot tub also had a layer of dirt lining the bubbles
