Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood

We stayed the week for a family vacation. The workers were friendly. The room was average at best with dated carpeting. There were a few holes in the carpeting. The pictures are deceiving. The last day and a half we went without hot water, however they stated at the time of check out they had just learned about the hot water issue. The biggest complaint was noise. The walls seemed thin as you could hear every car door slammed and car door locking right outside of your room. I would recommend staying in a room far away from the check in as we only slept reasonable 2 out of the 5 nights. The pool was never open I presume because of Covid restrictions. We wanted the 2nd separate bedroom for kids, but we will likely stay elsewhere the next time.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. As a family vacation before our daughter goes back to College. It was nice to see the staff committed to personal safety by wearing of masks and keeping everything so clean. We will definitely be going back again. Great job for the entire staff from the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Parking could have been lil different with carrying luggage and groceries etc

Liked the room and location lobby just not very big or nice older property .didnt like the reception at night very cheesy but breakfast very good .

Got our credit card statement charged for two rooms.

Couch not very comfortable. We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bath for a week. Would be nice to have a table for 4 to eat meals.

Very clean and modern. The breakfast each morning was very good too!
