Nice place for those within a budget. It's worth nothing that breakfast was only a muffin, granola bar and juice box. Would stay again!

Room is spacious and clean, too much heat blasted on making the room hot upon arrival. From desk service was prompt, helpful, and friendly! Pillows are completely warn flat, and only given 3 for 2 people. But Overall great stay, have stayed here before and would stay again!

Hotel was nice with great service. Room was a bit stuffy but othwise nice. Room rate was 30% higher since feb. Police were at hotel dealing with a robbery. Lots of homeless, people on meth walking around the neighbourhood. Saw the police canine unit arresting a suspect nearby. Looks like London has a crime problem, so traveler beware. Hotel has a great location and great staff.

Old dirty room... The bed was so hard, the duvet was very old.

Location is okay but showing it's age. Although because of Covid the brown bag breakfast was disappointing since it was only starches and no form of protein. Even peanut butter would have been acceptable. Thankfully leftover pizza was my breakfast so thumb's down on the brown bag breakfast!

Location is fine and convenient to shopping and restaurant. However, it has quite a lot of homeless people around the motel.

It’s just fine. Washroom is clean. Beds are okay too! The area is good because it’s near shopping area and restaurants.

If you value your sleep don't stay here! Across the hall was a guest that kept blasting music and refused to turn it down even after front desk kindly asked. We got woken up at 8am to housekeeping vacuuming the room next door. The breakfast which was given in a paper bag due to Covid was more of blood donor's snack bag..a pack of 2 cookies, carrot muffin, granola bar and a juice box. The least they could do was provide some fruit or something of more substance. The room is clearly outdated and in need of an update badly. The heat vent is super noisy and just turns on randomly thru the night. Also the hotel reeked of stale cigarettes and smoke was glad I brought air freshener and Lysol spray.We were told we were getting a larger suite but it was tiny and cramped. The only good thing was the bed it was fairly comfy but the pillows need be larger and more than 4 on a king size bed. The check-in staff/ night staff were great however the day staff was rude upon checking out so we can get our deposit back,not even a sorry regarding housekeeping waking us up at 8am. Just plain rude. Time to upgrade the hotel and maybe give the staff a quick meeting about proper customer service. Remember if you don't have guests checking it you won't have a job soon!

I was honestly disappointed. The staff are great, and very accommodating, but in the age of COVID there is no excuse for a room being so filthy. The carpets seemed ok, the table and bathroom were not. The table was sticky and there was old food under the lamp. The bathroom had urine on the floor and I found long, black hair on the floor (mine is grey, my father is bald). I ended up cleaning the room myself. They obviously need better cleaning staff who need to clean and sanitize better. The sheets had tears in them as well as holes. The television reminded me of one I had in the late 90s (terrible picture). The saving grace is the counter staff who are pleasant and accommodating. I would not stay again.
