Comfortable and very clean

I didn’t like long wait slough i understood that there was only one person at the desk.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was warm and welcoming. My only drawback was the door did not filter out the sounds of noisy neighbors loudly patrolling the hallway at all hours of the day and night.

I made a reservation, not a confirmed booking. When I arrived at property it looked nothing like previous stays. When I asked to cancel reservation, I was given documentation of the cancellation. I was then charged for four nights above the listed rate. The staff at this motel stares at guests like they are at a meat market. They follow guests around the property in an intimidating manner. The only access to your room is via front desk buzzing you in. You cannot use your card to access room.

I wasn't turned away in this unusual time due to the Pandemic. I am an essential employee and the staff was very welcoming and considerate.

ok beds are not great comfortable but too soft showers are like a light sprinkler

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the shuttle service to the subway. Only drawback was 1 bed mattress sagged. The other bed was fine. Very clean. Hotel going through renovation. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for pax east (a large convention). We were told on the phone when booking that they have shuttle service to the convention center. When we asked about it at the front desk, we were told there were only 2 shuttle trips to the convention center each day (total of 10 people). The room that I was given shared a wall with the elevator shaft, so you can imagine the noise from that all night. The room was only so/so clean. there was quite a bit of dust on the areas that you would not usually touch, allergies went nuts from it.
