Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle

Good: Quiet location near the airport. Needs improvement: dinner menu selection is extremely limited, especially for anyone with food allergies. We had to go across the street to find anything that had no dairy.

we loved everything about this place, it was fantastic and awesome. had a spacious room and even an additional room again all well equipped..the meal was great, stayed two nights and i loved it..the receptionists were always ready to help..

The roo s are fairly basic but the beds are comfortable with decent duvets etc. Hotel is very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle service that does a loop arlund several in the area. (Pink line). Easy walk to a couple of restaurants acroos the park in the village if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

We thought we had booked in the other Mercure so we’re disappointed to learn we had to take a shuttle from the airport. That being said, this property is on the low end of the Mercure scale, more basic. Once here, everything works, pleasant staff.

We had a nice meal in the bar that was served by Bashir who did a great job.

I stayed two days. The hotel is located near the village of Roissy, so there are parks and cafes and even a shopping mall within walking distance. The free shuttle takes a little longer and when the bus is full it can be a challenge with luggage. It’s a pleasant enough setting. I found the reception staff helpful but a bit perfunctory, the room cleaners were responsive to my request to make the bed to my liking, which I really appreciated. The restaurant food was passable, better than the one meal I had in the village and the staff were helpful. Overall not too bad for an airport hotel.

I found bed bugs in the room. Asked to change room and the new room also had bed bugs. Couldn’t not stay the night in the hotel. Too dirty and infested of bed bugs

Dirty and smelly Laundry was out around hallways! The front desk was always empty and the phone would always run of the hook! The staff always claimed to be busy and or "too busy"!

Delux room had badly damage bathroom door which when open collides with unit front door Soap profucts could not be opened , ac no thermo stat Toilet lid loose Noisey neighbours Shuttle to airport turned up full , took an uber and 3 kms cost 20 euros rip off But this is paris
