Holiday Inn Express Toronto - Downtown

Very clean & friendly staff. Requested early check in & it was granted! Very comfy beds & clean room. Would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic stay in Downtown Toronto. Hotel clean & comfortable with easy access to all attractions and transport links. Good selection a breakfast and friendly staff always happy to help.

We checked in on Sept. 25, room 204, the room had a terrible smell, we went back to the desk, they told us they will switch us to a different room in the morning. Next day they checked us in room 704 , after dropping my wife at the hospital for a day surgery , came back to the room for a little rest , the sheets were full of sand, called the desk , I was told there is no housekeeping available, they send some sheets with the janitor that I had to help him to change the dirty sheets. I had to pay extra to the hospital to keep my wife overnight in a cleaner place. I am very upset and disappointed with my whole stay and the experience I had with this hotel, on top of everything I was charged $30.00 a day for parking.

Very nice hotel, very clean and quiet! Excellent location, you can walk to most tourist attractions. The breakfast included with the price of the room was great too. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to my friends and family

The hotel wasn’t in the best neck of the woods. It was far enough out of the way-not close to the hustle and bustle of one of the largest cities in North America. Lots of homeless people and in a location that I wouldn’t want to go out at night...it was scary enough during the day.
