The hotel is a little outdated in parts bathrooms need an update. The updated beds were nice. Carpet had stains, and there was dead bugs all along the window sill which was gross. Nice convenient location, very close to downtown ashland, and the mexican restaurant right in front of the hotel is amazing! Great food and great price

It was a very nice stay though access to the vehicle was a little difficult. Being in the very last room, the only way to the car was all the way down to the end of the building to the parking lot. It was a very rainy night and morning, so it was a wet walk to the car. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean.

Great location near some restaurants and Market of Choice. Maybe a 10-15 minute to downtown.
