Due to the Covid-19 I think the price of the rooms should be lowered or at the minimum the "free breakfast" should be eliminated from the ads. The breakfast offered was a pastry and a piece of fruit. One of the "must have's" when my wife and I travel is a hot breakfast on site...I'll need to call and verify going forward to be certain a real breakfast is available before booking a room with any motel/hotel.

Tired facility. Scarred furniture, small size TV with poor cable, old and cheap microwave, backdoor does not close, no info on tv channels, no breakfast info, unfriendly reception, pillows uncomfortable. Will not return!

Simple stay overnight to get more rest before heading home. did what it was meant to do.

First things first.... honestly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. We stayed in the king room with whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The front desk was very nice and helpful. This was the first hotel I've stayed at durning covid, and I've stayed at a few, that had a few offerings for breakfast which was nice. Even tho it was close to the freeway it was quiet. It will be my new go to when I'm passing thru ellensberg.

During Covid19, so not the usual situation. Staff courteous, helpful. Older building/decor, little issues associated with that. Tidy, cleaner than many. Next to resting lot for truckers. Seems to be a meeting place for local people.

Comfortable and quiet with good amenities and good location as well

Check in clerk never smiled, she had a bad cold Or something so was obviously very ill and shouldn’t have been working, especially with the corona virus epidemic. Hardly any food out for the breakfast at 7:30 am, not even muffins, only two slices of bread and a couple bagels in the bin and they looked very stale.

It was adequate. We've been coming to Ellensburg for Thanksgiving for over 20 years, and rotate through the varies hotels. They have made an effort to update the decor in the last few years. The was appreciated. There were only a few rooms occupied on Thanksgiving evening, so they didn't bother servicing the rooms. Saves money for the hotel, but our expectations were not met when we came back to an unserviced room. They could have told us in advance. The sausage and eggs for breakfast were nearly inedible. Perhaps they were over-microwaved? Fortunately there was instant oatmeal.

It looks nice and renovated at first glance. But there are little things like rusted door stop with no rubber , unpainted areas , mirror hung crooked , etc that show a non attention to details. We were excited at first to have a jetted tub, but when running it a whole bunch of black junk came out into the water - so that was really gross. It wouldn't take much to make this a nice hotel. Just some attention to details and obviously cleaning People were nice and location was good 👍

Building is a bit tired. Bathroom was adequate but needs detailing
