Very tidy and superior room is bigger than I expected

Super good hotel, the staff very helpful and kind, the distance to mrt not far away, also the hotel have shuttle bus to osaka Station, that's very helpful. The only thing not very good just the breakfast not a lot of choices.

Ther place is one of the best in Osaka city, it is not directly at the Osaka station but it has shuttle which bring you there quickly and this provides a nice respite after you tour around the busy places in the day

Was very upset by the false advertsiing and lack of responsiveness because of it. I booked the hotel because they advertised that they had a gym, and showed pictures of it. Once on-site they told me I couldn't use it unless I paid a $20 fee. I said OK, I'll run the stairs, and they said all stairwells are locked

Very large hotel in business district. A bit far from anything but free shuttle bus to/from Osaka station great. Nice large rooms with sweeping views over the river. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice bathrooms. Staff are excellent. Decor was somewhat 80’s but immaculately maintained (like remote control curtains, piped music). Amenities a bit average

Our first smelled like cigarettes so they immediately upgraded us to a larger room. The people who work there are so kind and helpful. Although it is out of the way of the tourist-y attractions, the free shuttle that runs frequently to the JR train station made getting around easier. We were exhausted by the time we got back and looked for somewhere to eat. We went to an amazing wagyu beef place right near the Lawson's Mart across from the hotel but there were so many different restaurant options to choose from! :)
