Comfort Suites Appleton Airport

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Like the fact that you can keep the fan running on the heating unit.

Everything was pretty good. The check in was easy. The room was clean and more then i expected. The only bad thing about my experience was when i was checking out. Every guest i saw at check out in line and walking out with luggage was not wearing a mask. I'm pretty sure there is a mandatory mask order. I would feel more comfortable staying there again if they made it mandatory to wear a mask if you leave your room.

The stay at the hotel was good, room was very nice, due to Covid there was no housekeeping service and i had to get clean towels from reception daily Overall I would recommend this hotel, it is close to restaurants and fast food

This place is great, especially if you have young children. Pool is outstanding, front desk was accommodating & very friendly. Close to lots of shopping & food. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and the overall experience has been great. Considering I upgraded from the standard room to the suite with the jacuzzi tub I was extremely disappointed late in the evening when the jets to the jacuzzi didn't work. I spoke to the front desk employee the next morning and in that moment I wasn't made to feel confident that I would be compensated for the issue I had. The employee wasn't rude but in that moment I felt like my concern wasn't going to be looked in to. I still left my name and number for the manager to call me and discuss a potential credit for my next stay or something to compensate me for my inconvenience but unfortunately almost a week later I haven't received a call.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was not good. People were not very nice. Food was bad, and never had alot .

Only concern I had was the pool area. There is no enforcing of rules....footballs were being thrown wild, my friend was hit in the head. Teenagers were bullying small children on the slide and running small children over because they didn’t wait until the child was done. There was a poop incident on the slide,they shut everything down didn’t see much testing being done hope no one gets sick!

We had fun. The underside of the couch cushions were kind of stained but the rest of the room was clean. They Even provided an alcohol swap for the remote. The kids really enjoyed the pool and games. It is nice that the hotel has happy hour for adults too.

The walls were dirty. The carpet ripped by the room entrance. The sofa bed was so old and worn. Couldn’t have breakfast because there was no where to sit. Tried a couple of times. Comfort Suites used to be very high quality. This one was so disappointing. Will not go back.

Friendly service from the time we arrived to the time we left. Everything was in the same area not far from our room. The Pool, Laundry, Little bar, game room, exercise room. We had a wonderful time.
