Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel

Superb services from the team. Especially at the front desk - Mizan. He has been extremely helpful for my entire stay. My flight arrived in London at 5am and when I asked if there's a possibility to get a room earlier, he immediately helped to check the property's availabilities and was able to get me a room as early as 7am so that I can rest a bit before heading out for work. Food at the hotel restro was very good as well which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location right in the middle of Knightsbridge, 5 mins walk you can reach the Knightsbridge station, Harrods, and it locates pretty much right next to Sloane street. I will definitely go back for my next business or personal trip.

Amazing hotel and service !!

This was a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fabulous. The only down side was that service in the restaurant/bar was very slow, it took half an hour to order and get a drink.

Hotel is based in a great location...Reception and all Staff friendly and always there to help you Rooms were always cleaned properly Hotel was quiet and peaceful and no hustle and bustle like some hotels Only recommendation I can give is maybe to put more lights in room as it is a bit dark especially if you are looking for something in your suitcase

They used to be 1 of the best hotel. Now am . considering no to go with them anymore. Sending me warring letters about smoking and a penalty will be charged is quite annoying especially if am a non smoking person.
