Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center

Everything was newly remodeled and nice! The last time I stayed at a Marriott residence there were more amenities and there was much more room. What we missed most was a safe and a microwave. The bed was wonderful and Super comfortable.The staff was very helpful and took pride in their workplace. The location worked out ok since we went to the Westgate for a show. However, I agreed to pay 136 a night when I made the reservations, which would have been 272, I was charged 151 for one night and then they gave us a night for our anniversary for 127, which came to 279, Thus the anniversary gift was NO GIFT. I was charged more than I agreed to pay and did not notice it until I returned to Florida because my husband did the check out. Trust is most important to me when I am dealing with companies.

Here is the problem. I paid $300 for a night at a fancy motel with a noisy a/c when comparable hotels cost $30. As such, for the money, it is very poor value. I am.lost as to who would book this hotel other than by mistake (which I did)

Key card issues. Kept demagnatising. Close to monorail. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so kind and allowed me to check in several hours early because of some special circumstances. It made a huge different for our situation and we were grateful. The bistro serves great food and the rooms were clean and the place was neat. The only bummer was that there was no hot tub and the $10 daily parking.

Beautiful hotel. Great location across from the convention center.
