The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, A Luxury Collection Hotel

The service is exactly what you would expect at a 5-star hotel; all the staff were very helpful and even small requests were attended to promptly. Room was spacious and extremely clean and the amenities were more than adequate. I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent although the menu can do with an upgrade (e.g. their teppanyaki section should also include seafood). However, the best aspect about the hotel is that it is incredibly convenient. It is located within a short walking distance of Akasaka-mitsuke station and Nagatacho station which, between the both of them, gives access to the most of the subway lines in Tokyo.

The was my second hotel for my recent trip in Tokyo. I was able to check in smoothly and was given access to the club lounge for one day (although it would have been nice to be given access my full 4 night stay). The concierge was able to help me book reservations at a restaurant with ease. The view from the room was amazing and I was on the side with a view of Tokyo Tower (the club lounge also faces this way). The hotel's location is ok and in more of a business area versus nightlife but is located near two subway stops. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards and I would definitely recommend this property. I, unfortunately, didn't get a chance to try out the spa/pool areas during my stay.

The staff of the hotel are very nice and helpful. The design of the hotel is modern, but there are no shopping mall and pharmacy in the hotel area.
