Hotel Mercure Wien Zentrum

This hotel is well located, the breakfast is good and the staff friendly. It's a shame that the bathroom doesn't have a proper door, but instead a sliding glass door with a big circular hole that is used as a "handle" And the AC isn't powerful enough, we were so hot the two nights!!!!

Clean, spacious, good location

Extremely friendly staff! Felt very welcomed when leaving and coming back 2 days later. Didn’t give any grief when forgetting key in room. Only downside was the maid coming in very earlier - however, the room was always cleaned and organized very well each day. Small but perfect for one person. Overall, would give very high ratings!

Good location,but there are some loud public workings in front of the hotel. The maids are making a lot of noise at 9'a clock
