Wyndham Garden Grand Rapids Airport

This was by FAR the worst hotel and stay I’ve ever experienced. The hotel was extremely filthy trash all over dirty clothes including underwear. The hotel room in itself looked like I would catch something. I slept in top of the covers which were wrinkled like they just came out bag. I will never recommend this hotel or return.

Not a great place. Front desk girl was rude. Place stinks and is dirty. Had people partying all night in halls drunk and high. Internet is horrible. They apologized after our stay but would not offer a discount or anything.

The staff was great ,smoke smells give me severe headaches and it was a lot of it on my floor other than that i relaxed,shortly after I left

Hotel is run down carpet worn, dirty. Areas of bathroom had mold on grout. First room we were given was minus a tv and phone did not work. Next room we had to unplug tv in order to lug in microwave. Also bc of covid you have to ask for a coffee maker which they don’t tell you upon check in. Early check in was a hassel also even tho I asked for it on line when we got there they couldn’t figure out which rooms were clean or available.

We hoped for better but understood that the previous staff had let things go and had been replaced with a new staff. They were doing their best to maintain and improve conditions. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated their quick responds to our needs. Covid is responsible for the lack of help here and other hotels. There were plenty of take-out restaurants near-by. So, if you stay here don't have high expectations. Things will get better.

We used to love this hotel. But it has lost its charm. Not as clean, loud fight in the hall, room smelled like smoke. TV channels were a little limited. Bed was comfy at least. Front desk gentleman was pleasant and helpful.

Please Do Not book here unless you just have no where else to go. This hotel is a dump!! I believe they rent rooms for people to actually live in, smelled like weed when you enter the hotel, carpet is filthy. Just update their pictures and stop having customers think that the hotel is up to par, because clearly it is not! I was totally bummed out with this hotel.

The room had a broken lamp shade, there weren’t enough towels to accommodate myself or my guest and when asked, the hotel staff stated they didn’t have any clean. I asked at 9am and did not receive a towel until 5pm. On top of the room had a smell that wasn’t pleasant.

Reserved a king room, they gave us a queen when I told them that I reserved a king he said they didn't have any

They need to clean the place up. No security kids running all over all hours of the night. Idiot housekeeping slamming doors early in the morning no respect for peace and quite. No trash cans people just throw there trash in hallways.
