Clarion Inn & Suites Airport

I needed a wheelchair accessible room and handicap room for an almost 2 week stay. I’ll attach pictures of the room. You will be appalled. The grab bars are ripped out of the wall, and to low, some should be vertical. The bed is 4’ high. Way to high to safely transfer from a wheelchair to the bed and back. After a week the hotel did remove the box spring to make the bed safer. We did appreciate that. The receptionists there are so rude and unhelpful. We were trying to talk to her and said we could not hear due to the the tv in the lobby being so loud (the front desk is super high , there is plexiglass glass and we’re all wearing masks) remember wheelchairs sit low. and she would not turn down the tv. It’s just poorly staffed and they do not give a welcoming atmosphere. It’s nice looking and clean though.

The beds were very high up it was very hard to get in the bed you pay all this money for a room you cannot even smoke in the toilet was very low the room was very cold I did contact the office to let them know about the heat I don't know if the heat got fixed or not we left the next day

I had one set of towels when I check in for a week's stay. I told them every day I needed more. People loud all night and smoking weed

After authorizing my debit card twice, they informed me they could not take my debit card as payment. I had to find other accommodations after being on the road for 12 hours. They have not released the money they are holding on my card. It was a very frustrating experience and horrible customer service.

A remote control for the tv was missing from the room; I went to the front desk to see about getting one; the clerk said she would have someone bring me one "in five minutes"; no one came; there was no follow up. Upon check out I asked why no one followed up; the clerk said "the other guy who came after my shift said another remote wouldn't work on that tv"... there was no apology or offer to relocate me to another room; ABSOLUTELY no customer service or responsibility offered. While there was a coffee pot, there wasn't any coffee available in the room. There was dried mustard spread on the floor; housekeeping didn't bother to clean that up. The morning of my check out, the housekeeping staff tried to enter my room using the master key at 9:30; check out is not until 11:00 a.m.

The rooms are very spacious. But they could put more work in upgrades or remodeling. My sink and toilet was messed up. And the air wouldnt go off. But they switched rooms.

No coffee lady wa rude

This hotel was incredibly cheap, like $42 per night cheap. And it shows, the pictures do not represent the rooms at all, the tub didn't even hold water so forget having a bath, there was a broken recliner in a corner near a tv that only points straight at the bed and despite being a hdtv only has grainy unwatchable picture. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking quietly in the hallway, so imagine when they are screaming at each other and banging around. It was thoroughly dissapointing and I wouldn't ever stay in a clarion hotel ever again because of it.

Disgusting place! Rude staff,people hanging in the parking lot smoking pot . Hallways smelled like cigarettes and pot. Left within 30 minutes from checking in

Just conveniently close to the airport , but their services didn't match.
