The Westin Great Southern Columbus

It was really comfortable and the staff were really polite. The shower felt amazing hot and produced a strong stream of water. $30 for valet isn’t over bearing and affordable. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Wonderful experience as always, we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary.

Was in for a wedding, staff very rude and acted like tyrants, the staff took away stole the fun away.

We visited Columbus as part of our “pandemic roadtrip” visiting some of the safer states in the Midwest. Granted, we arrived and were greeted by the weekend crew, who would not upgrade our room, even though only 12 others were occupied. The mask of our front desk service provider was not worn properly which made my wife and daughter a little uncomfortable. On Monday though, the regular staff was back, and was attentive and helpful for our requests. Nice hotel, just wish our room was not so crammed.

Very nice lobby and rooms! Parking was not clearly marked but valet was convenient

Property is old, not kept well, rooms are old and not in a good shape. they need to update this property. I would not return.

Did not have free WiFi. Only decaf coffee in rooms. Breakfast was way overpriced. Staff was good. Bar area was nice. Rooms were comfortable. Hot water in shower was hit and miss.

Very friendly staff. We were given an upgraded suite which was luxurious and fabulous. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
